Lengths vary by model — we make mini, midi and maxi dresses, so there is no single length. The length of the dress you are looking at is described on its product page; if it is not stated, write to sales@lemuse.eu and we will measure it for you. If you would like a dress made to a specific length, add your desired length in the order notes, measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress.

The size photographed on our models is small (S).

Please refer to our size guide and choose the size closest to your measurements. Most of our dresses are of an A-line silhouette, fitted at the top and looser at the bottom, therefore your bust, waist and hip measurements are important when choosing a size.

In-stock items are dispatched within a few business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items may take up to 14 days to produce and dispatch. The delivery estimate for your destination is shown at checkout.

Sometimes we have some of your items in stock and others are still being made. In that case we ship in-stock items first and send tracking for each parcel. The remaining items are dispatched within the 14-day production window. If an item is still missing after that, please contact us at sales@lemuse.eu.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please request a return via our Start a return form before sending the item back; LeMuse covers standard return shipping for approved returns and will provide the return method or label. Please make sure your name or order number is visible on the package or on a note inside. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Return the item as described above and write to sales@lemuse.eu with your name and/or order number, the item you are exchanging and the size you need. We start preparing your new item and ship it as soon as possible after receiving the returned one.

Sometimes we make mistakes. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please write to sales@lemuse.eu with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange the correct replacement and provide return instructions.

Of course. You can return an item by bringing it to Savičiaus g. 12, LT-01127 Vilnius. Please arrange a time by phone +370 611 33678 or by e-mail sales@lemuse.eu before arrival. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
