Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. LeMuse covers standard return shipping for approved returns. For voluntary returns, original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. This does not affect a valid EU/EEA withdrawal, for which the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery is reimbursed as described in our Return and refund policy. Made-to-order items follow the same eligibility conditions unless the product was personalized or otherwise marked non-returnable.
