Refund policy

At LeMuse, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

RETURNS

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. This voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including the EU right of withdrawal described below.

To initiate a return, submit the guest return form at Start a return. No customer account is required. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel. Returns sent without an approved return request may experience delays in processing. This request process does not restrict your statutory right to withdraw: a clear withdrawal statement sent before the deadline is sufficient.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear, and returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Personalized items and items explicitly marked as non-returnable are not eligible under our voluntary return policy. We reserve the right to reject voluntary returns that do not meet these conditions. These conditions do not reduce rights that applicable law gives you.

EU/EEA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the 14-day period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the period expires to UAB LeMuse LT, Savičiaus g. 12, 01127 Vilnius, Lithuania, or email sales@lemuse.eu. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

When you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered by us. Supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, are not reimbursed. We will reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Merely inspecting an item as you would in a shop does not remove your withdrawal right.

RETURN SHIPPING

LeMuse covers the standard return shipping cost for eligible returns. We will provide the approved return method or return shipping label after the return request is accepted.

Do not arrange an independent or express return shipment unless agreed with LeMuse in writing. Costs for an unapproved shipping method may not be reimbursed.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. The EU/EEA withdrawal reimbursement deadlines above apply where relevant.
