At LeMuse, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please carefully review our refund and return policy before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must log into their account at https://my.dresslemuse.com/ and submit a return request through the designated return section.
Returns sent without an approved return request may experience delays in processing.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- free from perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
International return shipping prices may vary depending on the country, carrier, parcel size, customs procedures, and shipping speed.
Estimated return shipping costs:
- Returns from Europe: up to €30
- Returns from Australia: up to €60
- Returns from the United States: up to €90 depending on the state, region, and carrier
Important: Return shipping prices are calculated directly by shipping carriers. LeMuse does not calculate or control international return shipping rates.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING OPTIONS
Customers may arrange the return shipment themselves using any carrier of their choice. In such cases, the customer must provide a valid tracking number after the parcel has been shipped.
For customer convenience, LeMuse may also provide a return shipping label upon request. The return shipping cost will be calculated individually by the shipping carrier based on the customer's location, parcel size, and shipping destination, and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, return duties, brokerage fees, or other charges related to international returns.
Please note that customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities and shipping carriers.
If a return parcel is rejected, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the refund may be denied.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify the customer regarding the approval of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and natural fabric characteristics.
As our garments are made from natural linen fabrics, slight variations in texture, color, or stitching are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for potential international return shipping costs, customs duties, and import-related fees associated with returns.
