EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If You are not fully satisfied with Your purchase, it can be returned or exchanged for another item, during 14 days following the delivery of Your order.
The replacement of goods is possible only when desired goods that You want to change are in stock. In the absence of desirable goods, the money will be returned to the buyer.
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in perfect condition: items are complete, unworn, unused, unwashed, with attached labels and original packaging.
The money for the item is refunded or the new item is sent within 14 days of the date of receipt of Your written request for the return or replacement of the item, but not before we receive the returned item or before You provide us with a written evidence that it was sent to us.
In the event of a refund of the item, the money received for the item, including the cost of our cheapest, regular delivery, is refunded by transferring it to the same payment account from which Your order payment was initiated.
The buyer is responsible for returning goods to LeMuse. The buyer must return us the goods or send them to us no later than within 14 days of notice of the intention to return the purchased item on the day of submission.
In case of a replacement, we will not be charging for delivery charges, i.e. new item will be sent at LeMuse expense.
Gift cards are not refundable.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If the product You have purchased does not meet the quality requirements and You have used the product in accordance with our recommendations and the usual requirements for the relevant products, then You have right:
– to exchange the product with a good quality product, unless the defects are minor or their arose as a result of buyer’s fault;
– that purchase price would be accordingly reduced;
– that the LeMuse free of charge, within a reasonable time period, would address product deficiencies or compensate the reasonable costs for the buyer to fix them if defects can be eliminated;
– that Lemuse refund the price paid, when the sale of the item of inappropriate quality is substantial agreement violation.
The money for the product is refunded or the new product is sent within 14 days of Your written request for the return or exchange of the product and the date of returning the product to us. We refund the cost (corresponds to the cheapest regular shipping cost) of returning the product. We will refund the money by transferring it to the same payment account from which your order payment was initiated.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
1. Use a carrier company of Your choice.
2. We recommend to obtain a tracking number for the shipment.
3. Tape the package securely and send it to following address:

If You plan to use OMNIVA parcel machines service for returning products, we recommend choosing “Vilniaus RIMI Savanorių” parcel machine (Kedrų str. 4, Vilnius).
Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to reduce refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
